Panel discussion: The many opportunities for Reiki in healthcare
Part 1, Reiki in hospitals
Live Webinar
Date: Thursday 14 Sept, 7pm (BST)
Cost: Donation-based

A panel of medical professionals and research experts together with experienced Reiki practitioners talk us through the many evidence-based opportunities for offering Reiki in hospitals. We will hear some powerful anecdotal evidence too, shared by those who have worked in hospitals in the United States of America, Europe and the UK.
Our speakers will share their informed views of the value of Reiki in different areas of acute medicine, and the importance of professionalism from Reiki practitioners in what can be a very demanding environment.
Collectively, they will share their experiences and vision for Reiki both for healthcare workers and patients as well as their families. The webinar will also give insight into how the Reiki programme at the Mayo Clinic, was set up, how it is run including the way data is collected and treated.
We recommend this webinar for medical professionals interested in hearing more about Reiki and its practice in medical settings, and to Reiki practitioners who are feeling drawn to working in a hospital, or wishing to gain insight into how to develop their role as an integrative Reiki professional.
